Norpro makes this baking sheet of heavy-gauge, 18/0 stainless steel to stand up to the needs of the dedicated home baker. This is not an insulated sheet, nor does it have a nonstick finish. Perfectly flat, the sheet features a slight rim on three sides, with one short end left open for sliding off baked goods with ease. Yes these are made in China as we have never found a US source for stainless steel bakeware....
