Safecoat® Polyureseal EXT (Gloss or Satin)

AFM Safecoat EXT is an ultra-low VOC, crystal clear topical sealer that creates a durable, long-lasting finish on most wood and concrete surfaces. It also seals in off-gassing of hazardous chemicals. It's non-toxic and safe for everyone, even those with chemical sensitivities. Unlike oil-based polyurethanes which off-gas for weeks, this product has no odor once dried.

AFM Safecoat EXT is a high solids, high build sealer comparable to conventional urethanes in performance, with exceptional durability and abrasion resistance—but without the harmful ingredients. It is water-resistant but not waterproof. It cannot be submerged underwater.

Use two coats on unfinished or stained wood, concrete or previously painted surfaces. If a satin finish is desired, one base coat of gloss is required. This product dries fast and completely clear, and it will not yellow. Please read preparation instructions carefully.

NOTE: This product is not to be used over oil-based polyurethanes or oil-based products. It cannot be used over Chalk Painted surfaces. Do not use over pressure treated wood. Not for use on stamped concrete.
