Concrete Floor Paint

This unique waterborne coating is ideal for interior concrete floors, dimensionally stable decks including magnesite, walkways, breezeways and patios. It provides a hard, tough coating, yet contains no offensive solvents, fumes or odors. It dries quickly, cleans up with water and provides a tough, monolithic film for lasting protection. Safecoat Concrete Floor Paint is fully tintable to hundreds of color.

Alert: This product is not recommended for use on wood, unprimed metal, vitreous surfaces or areas subject to hydrostatic pressure or standing water. This product will not bond to floors made of gypcrete which is a lightweight concrete used in apartment floors. Two coats are recommended for optimal performance To avoid floor being slippery when wet, we recommend the addition of sand or other aggregate. This product has a semi-gloss sheen. When a second coat is applied within a few days time it will bond properly. However, if you wait more than a week, it will fully cure and applying a second coat will not bond well unless you lightly abrade or sand the surface.
