We generally answer our phones from 10 am - 3pm Pacific Time Monday through Friday, though there tends to be someone here Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday, at 9:30am to answer and quite often there is someone here until 5pm. (707)923-1296
Since we are a small Mom & Pop business with only one part time employee working the internet department, and Mom & Pop are also juggling parenting, homeschooling and homesteading, it can sometimes be easier to reach us by e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org, which is checked during much longer hours, including weekends.
Our Return Policy
****New Return Policy 15% re-stocking fee
Recently we have had to develop a return policy. It takes us time to pack and ship your orders as well as to put them back into inventory. So here is our policy:
- Anything defective can, of course, be returned for a full exchange, credit, or refund. We will be responsible for return shipping on defective items.
- All non-defective returns must be clean, unused, and in their original packaging. We cannot give refunds for pillows or bedding that have been slept on or Klean Kanteens that have been used. Customer is responsible for return shipping. If item is a free ship product, customer is responsible to pay shipping on exchange, as I can only do free shipping once per transaction. Please include a note with your name, address and clear instructions on what you would like us to do - exchange, credit, or refund. Refunds will be issued minus original ship charges and a 15% restocking fee. Exchanges recieve full credit (no re-stocking fee). Orders older than 2 months are no longer eligible for return. If you paid shipping on your item then the 15% re-stocking fee may not apply.
- There are NO RETURNS on Mattresses, Flooring and Furniture as these things are made to order.
***PLEASE BE SURE TO ENCLOSE A NOTE WITH YOUR NAME, ADDRESS AND WHAT YOU WANT DONE. We cannot keep track of the the e-mails we get regarding returns and match them up with packages that come to us weeks and months later. If you want credit or an exchange please enclose a note!

*** Any orders for large ticket items like mattresses that are placed and paid for and then canceled will incur a fee to refund. Each mattress is custom made to order and we have fees that we incur when charging and refunding your credit card. There is a minimum 7% fee to do a refund for a large ticket item. As a small mom and pop business we are just unable to absorb these losses.....if you choose store credit and we do not have to do a refund we will not charge a fee.
At Organic Grace we strive to bring you the lowest prices possible every day. Please understand this sometimes translates to running at a loss which we are trying to avoid and help us stay in business......
