Our Return Policy
Recently we have had to develop a return policy, as we realized we are just losing too much money. It takes us time to pack and ship your orders as well as to put them back into inventory. We also have credit card fees to pay, which can be quite high. So here is our policy:
- Anything defective can, of course, be returned for a full exchange, credit, or refund.
- All non-defective returns must be clean, unused, and in thier original packaging. We cannot give refunds for pillows or bedding that have been slept on or Klean Kanteens that have been used. Customer is responsible for return shipping. If item is a free ship product, customer is responsible to pay shipping on exchange, as I can only do free shipping once per transaction. Please include a note with your name, address and clear instructions on what you would like us to do - exchange, credit, or refund. Refunds will be issued minus original ship charges and a 10% restocking fee. Orders older than 4 months are no longer eligible for return.
