MOON CHART

This great little moon chart not only helps to get you in touch with the cycle of the moon but with your own cycle as well. I use mine (and give them to every woman I know) to chart my moon cycle.

I use a red or pink pen to color in days I bleed and a yellow for when I ovulate. This shows me exactly how regular I am and helps me to either conceive or avoid conception. Plus it's just cool to get a visual of your year of cycles.
