Our 100% natural Latex Mattress has a 6-inch
latex core covered with quilted organic cotton with Pure Grow Wool. The wool is naturally flame resistant and allows the latex to breathe - regulating your body temperature. Our latex is tapped from the rubber tree plant and contains no synthetics. The natural rubber mattress gently conforms to your body and provides excellent support in any
sleeping postion. It provides excellent independent support for two
people of varying weights and is a good option where one of the
sleepers is easily disturbed by the other's movements. It is an
excellent option for those concerned with EMF's, pressure point
problems, or who live in a climate where mold, mildew or dustmites are
a problem, as latex is naturally resistant.

Our natural latex mattresses are just as good as the popular
petroleum-based memory foam mattresses, with a couple of very important
advantages: 1) Our latex mattresses are not soaked in a pound or more
of cancer causing PDBE fire retardants, and 2) they don't outgas
dangerous formaldehyde on your body for 8 hours every night. When you
think about this, only 100% natural latex makes sense. These natural
latex mattresses come in three different levels of firmness: medium,
firm and extra firm. Because they are naturally pliable, latex
mattresses do not use a boxspring. They work best on a slat frame bed, or platform. For additional firmness, or added height, a wood foundation is available.
